First Projects
The first residential projects in Kyrenia were realized with Ardem 1 and Ardem 2.

10th Project
With Ardem 10, a diversified portfolio of apartments, villas, and mixed-use projects was established.

Villa Segment
A strong entry into the luxury villa segment was made with Paradise Villas and Karmi Valley Homes.
